TOOTH EXTRACTIONS

Your beautiful smile is important to you and keeping it healthy is important to us. At Meridian Campus Family Dental, our top priority is always to help you maintain a healthy, beautiful smile. Our goal is to help all our patients retain their natural teeth with general dentistry whenever possible. However, when removing a tooth is the best or only solution, we offer a caring, comfortable environment to complete this necessary treatment.

No one wants to have a tooth removed, especially those who already have anxiety when visiting the dentist. We understand that this can be stressful so, we make the experience as quick and painless as possible. Our team at Meridian Campus Family Dental will help you feel comfortable for your procedure in our relaxing treatment rooms and Dr. Carpenter will discuss options to help you relax and feel calm. We offer sedation dentistry for those with anxiety, so you can relax while we quickly and safely extract the problem tooth.

WISDOM TEETH REMOVAL

Even those with perfect dental health may still need a tooth extraction. Wisdom teeth are the most common teeth to need removal, usually due to unusual growth or alignment issues. While many people can retain their wisdom teeth when they arrive in the late teens and early adulthood, others may need them removed. Wisdom teeth can crowd the other teeth in the mouth or grow in crooked, causing alignment issues. They can also become impacted under adjacent teeth, needing removal before they become infected.

At Meridian Campus Family Dental, we offer wisdom tooth removal that is completed in a relaxing, caring environment. Dr. Carpenter can monitor wisdom teeth growth in teens and young adults to determine when and if removal will be needed. If wisdom tooth removal is needed, we offer sedation options to make the experience painless and stress-free. If you need a tooth extraction or to have your wisdom teeth removed, contact our office today to schedule an appointment.
