$349 Adults  $125 children (0-14). Includes, two cleanings with fluoride treatments and unlimited exams and x-rays and 20% off everything else.

$425 Adults with previous history of periodontal disease and need a 3rd cleaning in the year or anyone else who would like 1 extra cleaning.  Also includes fluoride treatments and 20% any other treatments.
